Annual Letter from Board of Directors

Greetings from the Providence Hills Community Association!

We are creating a new newsletter, to go out to homeowners annually and as new owners move in. Herein is information to know about our neighborhood in 2023. Please reach out to your board members or drop into a meeting if you have any questions or suggestions, or would like to be more involved!

Our mission is to create and support a family-friendly community for all residents, and to continuously work to improve and maintain the houses and neighborhood to ensure that Providence Hills is always a desirable place to live.

Your Community Association Board is comprised of the following directors:

Our Community Association is managed by Bumgardner Association Management (herein referred to as BAM). Their information can be found at www.bumgardneram.com. Mickey Bumgardner is our community’s point of contact.

Annual dues for 2022 are $560/household. This is managed by and collected through BAM. Dues notices for the following year are sent out by BAM in December. Dues can be paid in full, by January 31, or in two equal payments, by January 31 and March 31. These can be done through check, Venmo, or online through www.paylease.com. Payment plan options are available for those who need them and can be requested through BAM’s website.

Our neighborhood pool is located at 2663 Providence Hills Drive. In April, BAM initiates the pool pass request process; pool passes are required for everyone above the age of 12 and are only issued if your dues and late fees are paid in full. The pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm daily for the summer and is staffed with lifeguards. The pool, when open, can be reached at 704-845-8277.

Our clubhouse is located at 2663 Providence Hills Drive. The clubhouse contains a TV, a sound system, a decorative fireplace, and a kitchen. The clubhouse can be reached at 704-845-8277. Community members can reserve this clubhouse for private events. The event reservation fee is $50, and a damage deposit is collected at the time of reservation. To make a reservation, contact BAM.

There are a playground, basketball hoops, and tennis/pickleball courts available for use. When at any of these locations, we ask that you be considerate of the nearby neighbors and keep the noise down in the evenings and pick up all your food and water containers. The tennis/pickleball courts have a combination lock; to obtain the combination, please email [email protected]. The court lights are on a timer – we ask you to turn off the lights and lock the lock when leaving. Additionally, bikes, skateboards, and animals are not allowed on the courts.
